Applying for a Reception Class Place
Was your child born between 1st September 2014 and 31st August 2015? If so you will need to apply for a Reception Class place for your child to enable them to start Primary School in September 2019.
15th January 2019 - The deadline for submitting your Reception Class application for pupils due to start in September 2019.
16th April 2019 - Reception class places will be issued by Surrey County Council. You will be informed by post (and via email if you made an online application).
30th April 2019 - The deadline for confirming whether you wish to accept or decline the place you have been offered.
21st May 2019 - The deadline for submitting an appeal, if relevant.
The school will consider late applicants in accordance with the procedure in the Surrey admissions booklet. This means that late applicants will be considered after those who have met the deadline.
Applying for a Reception Place under the Church Criteria
Parents who wish to apply for a place under the church criteria (admission criteria 2 and 3 in the School’s Admission Policy) must also complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (see forms at the bottom of the page). Once completed please return this to the School.

If you want to join the waiting list you must register your interest with the school using our own Main School Application Form (see forms at the bottom of the page).
If your child has not been offered a place and you wish to appeal against that decision your appeal must be lodged with the Surrey Schools Appeals Service by 21 May 2019.
In the first instance you should notify the school office who in turn will notify the Surrey Schools Appeals Service. Please click on the relevant document at the bottom of the page for full details of the 2019 Appeals Timetable and Procedures process.
Applications to other year groups/ Application part way through a school year
To apply for admission part way through the school year and to other year groups you must complete a Surrey County Council ‘In Year Application Form’ (Please visit www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions) AND our own Main School Application Form (see form at the bottom of the page).
Usually, children are admitted to the Nursery in the September following their 3rd birthday, however if there are places available, we would consider an earlier admission.
To apply for a place in the Nursery you must apply directly to the school using the Nursery Application Form (see the form at the bottom of the page).
Please note, admission to our Nursery does not guarantee admission to our Reception class.
