Applying for a Reception Place - September 2026
By now applicants for places for September 2026 should have received their places.
Late applications
The school will consider late applications in line with the procedure outlined in the Surrey Admissions Booklet.
If you have just moved to the area or have not applied for a place, this will be considered a late application; you can apply via the Local Authority by 31 August 2026. For more details, please click here.
After this date, admissions will be handled directly by the school from 1 September 2026.
Important Dates:
Deadline to accept or decline the place: 30th April 2026
Deadline for appeals to be lodged: 15th May 2026
Deadline for appeals to be heard: 17th July 2026

Applying for a Reception Place under the Church Criteria
Parents who wish to apply for a place under the church criteria (admission criteria 2 and 3 in the School’s Admission Policy) must also complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (see forms at the bottom of the page). Once completed please return this to the School.

Waiting List
If we are at capacity and you would like to join the waiting list you must register your interest with the school using our own Main School Application Form (see forms at the bottom of this page).
Appeals
If your child has not been offered a place in September 2026 and you wish to appeal against that decision you should notify the school office who in turn will notify the Surrey Schools Appeals Service.
In Year Applications (All year groups)
To apply for admission part way through the school year and to other year groups you must complete a Surrey County Council ‘In Year Application Form’ (Please visit www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions) AND our own Main School Application Form (see forms at the bottom of this page).
