Information on Admissions
We encourage and welcome visits to our school if you are considering us as an option for your child.

Applying for a Reception Class Place - September 2026
If your child is due to start Reception in September 2026, you will need to apply online through Surrey Admissions, as they manage all first-time school applications. Applications are expected to open in November 2025.

Important Dates:
Date to be confirmed - Application window opens
Date to be confirmed - The deadline for submitting your Reception Class application for pupils due to start in September 2025
Date to be confirmed- Primary school offers are sent out by Surrey
Date to be confirmed - You accept or decline the place
Date to be confirmed - The deadline for appeals to be lodged
Date to be confirmed- The deadline for appeals to be heard
The school will consider late applicants in accordance with the procedure in the Surrey admissions booklet. This means that late applicants will be considered after those who have met the deadline.

Applying for a Reception Place under the Church Criteria
Parents who wish to apply for a place under the church criteria (admission criteria 2 and 3 in the School’s Admission Policy) must also complete the school’s Supplementary Information Form (see forms at the bottom of the page). Once completed please return this to the School.

Waiting List
If we are at capacity and you would like to join the waiting list you must register your interest with the school using our own Main School Application Form (see forms at the bottom of this page).
Appeals
If your child has not been offered a place in September 2025 and you wish to appeal against that decision you should notify the school office who in turn will notify the Surrey Schools Appeals Service.

In Year Applications (All year groups)
To apply for admission part way through the school year and to other year groups you must complete a Surrey County Council ‘In Year Application Form’ (Please visit www.surreycc.gov.uk/admissions) AND our own Main School Application Form (see forms at the bottom of this page).
Nursery Applications
Usually, children are admitted to the Nursery in the September following their 3rd birthday, however if there are places available, we would consider an earlier admission.
To apply for a place in the Nursery you must apply directly to the school using the Application Form (see forms at the bottom of this page).
